Barb Fox, DVM, has been in practice since 1994, the year she graduated from Iowa State University's College of Veterinary Medicine.
Beginning in 2007, Dr. Fox's focus has been devoted almost exclusively to holistic medicine, after she developed a life-threatening condition where she used natural therapies and products to regain her health. Inspired by her own results, she began heavily researching how things from nature could bring about positive change in her animal patients.
Dr. Fox is a member of the American Holistic Veterinary Medical Association and is on the Board of the Veterinary Medical Aromatherapy Association. Dr. Fox has also spoken at national, regional, and local holistic veterinary conferences and seminars and is a published author of two books, The Infinite Bond and The Animals Never Lie.
